Corval Group

The Corval Group out of St. Paul, MN engaged Golden Technologies to assist with a complete rebuild of their IT infrastructure. GTI provided fractional CIO, IT Fireteam, Service Desk, and Networking staffing to assist in the transition and development of their new IT team. GTI personnel assisted with the formation of IT governance, and enterprise-wide service desk and process improvement for IT operations.

Midwest Pipe Coating

Our staff were invited to assist with an evaluation of the IT infrastructure at Midwest Pipe Coating. This engagement included the creation and development of an IT department, an upgrade of their entire server infrastructure to a Virtual Server environment, and implementation of IT best practices.

C. S. McCrossan

Golden Technologies was invited to asist in the redevelopment of the entire IT structure at C. S. McCrossan. This effort included the reorganization of their IT department, the creation and implementation of IT policies and procedures, creation of IT budgets and the management of several large IT implementation projects. We also mentored and coached existing IT staff, and assisted in staffing much needed positions within their IT organization. This project has also included the development of an internal PMO (Project Management Office) to keep up with their IT demands and requests.

A major undertaking to say the least. Development of customizable charting, tables and survey results for clients such as the Minnesota Twins, Greenbay Packers, and more! This site boasts a database of over 13 million records with only seconds needed for a client to get their personal results. HTML, Javascript, Database (SQL 2005), C# ASP.NET, AJAX. Golden Technologies also took over the administration of their IT infrastructure for three locations across the U.S..
